Last session, the party managed to escape the city only to be lectured by Kano. The party explains the situation and he rlents, telling the party that this is a big problem that may be too difficult for just them to resolve.

The party returns to Flotant in hopes to find a reecord of citizens that would explain a missing and unkown civillians. However, they discovered that someone has been destroying those records leaving them with only a list of missing Enforcers.

While they were snooping around, the party finds a familliar face. Vivian la Rue, someone they are killed before, now standing before their eyes. She offered the party her help but Artyom is mistrustful of her, especially after what he was told about her.

Finally, the party managed to meet the flamboyant Moreau brothers who are ecstatic to finally meet the illustrious ASS. The pair was willing to help the party and lucky for them, they were not the people Artyom was looking for.
