The Fall of Makx

Last session, the party had just defeated Lady Skull and Lord Night. They were left alone in Ami Maloa's chambers where they found many interesting loot. Chief amongst them is a journal written by Ami Maloa himself. The journal detailed how he volunteered to seal away the Beast and how he slowly succumb to the Soul of Sloth within.

Since they are already in Makx anyways and Ami Maloa is nowhere to be seen, the party decided to continue their original plan to steal the Deitrich coffins. At least one of them. The party ventured through the undead city and reached the Deitrich manor without a hitch. However, someone did notice their presence as the undead guarding the home began to move in their direction.

The party was forced into battle with the undead as well as Fritz who was resurrected much sooner than anybody else. The party defeated all of them and prepared to begin the coffin transport. However, that was when a person emerged from a pool of blood nearby. Andrea emerged, surprised to see the party at her most vulnerable.
