Frames & Deceit

Last session, the party is preparing for a meeting with the emperor. However, when the meeting time comes, no one came for them. The suspicions in the party grew. When the party looked around to figure out what's going on, they found a body shoved in a nearby closet; the body of Thaddeus Atkins.

The party was immediately accused of the murder and was about to be arrested by the Golden Guards. However, the party managed to escape via animal shapes. The party found out that Thaddeus was never dead. Seeing the situation, the tried to flee.

Fleeing over the ocean is impossible as a barrier has been erected around the city. So, the party decided to start a fire as a distraction while sneaking in to the control center of the island. The party was just able to get past security as lice when Lady Farsight arrives in the location saying, "I see you!"
