Pummelling Boulder

Last session, the party started the hunt on the Walking Boulder. However, before leaving, the party sent a couple of messages to Rex Sanguinem to close up the previous conversation. Upon arriving at the hunting grounds, the party set up a base camp while Ellie, Lam and a hunter named Ricardo went off to scout the area. They managed to scout out the area and plan their attack but missing one crucial detail.

On the day of the hunt, the party along with the Survivor Corp hunters nuked the Walking Boulder before it could do anything. However, unbeknownst to them, another monster is lurking in the area. A Pummler moved in and almost knowcked out a large number of the party. They tried to fend off both monsters, however, both of them managed to escape leaving the party battered and bruised and one of the Survivor Corp, Ricardo, killed.

The party returned to the base camp to lick their wounds and to think on what to do next.
