Second Thoughts

Last session, the party finished their business at the Empire's outpost. After a quick rest, the party march out in the opposite direction of where the dice is pushing. The party had to climb on top of a massive crystal structure that covers a half a mile area containing a city and a gargantuan fallen inside it.

When J-5 and Pyre who were travelling on foot suddenly disappear to the eyes in the sky, the party realized that the ark's entrance is hidden by an illusory barrier. When the party tried to push onwards, the dice pushes back exponentially stronger until finally an image of Darius Darkdowner appears before them warning the party of the dangers of this Ark.

The party regrouped to reconcile all the information they have so far. That is when Ignis expressed her concerns of entering the Ark. After several rounds of arguments, research and spellcasting, the party puts it into a vote, where the majority chooses to push forward with their quest.

And so, the party forces themselves towards the barrier with Pyre being the bearer of the dice nearly losing consciousness on the way. Then, a pair of arms emerges from within the bag as a fallen pulls itself out of the dice and stopping the party from proceeding.
