The War Effort

Last session, the party was holed up in a military campsite in Blackmarch waiting for Dew to return. Dew arrived five days later allowing Ignis and him to catch up. He revealed why the war started and his true identity. He explained how Ignis will only be used as a hostage if she stays. However, he suggested the party to stay and figure out a way out of the war.

While discussing, the party was attacked by a pair of hydra that, as the party found out lateer, mind controlled to get here. The party deduced that the hydras may be controlled by someone in Makx but they have no proof of that. But if it was true, it is possible that someone in Makx may also be the one to keep this war going as neither side was controlling the undead that was appearing in the battle field.

After discussing their options, the party decided to return to Kontecol while they figure out what to do next.
