Queen's Pride

Last session, the party travelled to the Queen's Pride to see if there is anything to loot. While there, they discovered some amazing armaments that would be useful to study. While J-5 is studying some Arcane Ballistas, Kitiara, Lam, and Kaine investigated the rest of the ship. They discovered a door that is encrusted with red crystal. Wanting to open the door and get to the Captain's quarters, Kitiara swung her maul into the door.

Little did they know, the red crystals are fire dust. As the maul made contact, it triggered the dust and caused a massive explosion which triggered other dust within the ship causing a cascade of explosion that destroyed two-thirds of the ship. The attack launched Kaine and Kitiara off the ship almost killing the both of them.

However, the pain is not over as they have attracted a group of people that is now marching in their direction. They sent out a pair of Howlers and a Chain Devil to weaken the party, this time almost killing Lam and Kyoshi. Just as they are about to recover, the group of people begin to make chase. Not wanting to be in anymore cambat at this point, dove underwater and circle around the enemy, almost attacked by some underwater creatures along the way.

Finally, they were able to find respite in some shipwreck near where they started as the group of people chasing them, passes by.
