Last session, the aprty utilised a Contra Reaction to break a bedrock that is in their way. Doing that causes the ground beneath them collapse, taking the party with it. The party fell to an underground cavern that contains an underground city with a black obelisk, the entrance to an Ark.

The party landed inside a pit filled with dead bodies and rivers of blood. They discussed on what to do but unbeknownst to them, a group of undead is closing in. They were ambushed by some undead led by a necromancer with 2 tefling slaves. The party knocked all of them out saving the two tieflings in the process.

However, before they can decide to interrogate the mage, heavy footsteps echoed behind them, getting closer. After waiting, the party sees a giant with spikes protruding from its back and on those spikes are dead bodies. Some ghosts helped the giant to unload the bodies. After it is done, the giant went towards the party and lets out a paralyzing breath that paralyzes a mojority of the party. The giant then carried the party around the city to place that looks like a farm. However, instead of cows and sheep, they have humanoids.

Not wanting to be a part of all that the party leapt of the giant, the non-paralyzeed carrying the ones who are. Alarms are raised and the whole of the city knows thee party is there. Thanks to some quick thinking, great resource mangement and sheer determination (sprinkled in with ChunChunMaru's infinite teleports) they managed to escape the underground city.

As they rested for the knight, J-5 wanted to figure out how the slaves, Ektan and Loran, are being controlled. So he casted an identify spell. What he saw was a tall hunched figure with a hood that obscures its face. The figure sees through him and the party and then it speaks..

"Come and join me for dinner"

The party had a long discussion on Eyktan, trying to get to know why was he in there. The party discovered that Eyktan is Lord Eyktan of the House of Whispers. He said someone betrayed him and may have caused his house to lose favor with the king of Infer De Terr, the Betrayer King. That's is why he ended up in Makx. He hopes that the party could escort him back to Yoa, so that he will be able to reclaim his rightful place.
