Covert Catastrophe

Last session, the party continued their journey towards the Yellow Sands. The tripwas uneventful as they finally arrive at the shores of the land mass via water walk. They then decide to avoid the city for now to head towards the temple further north, thinking it to be abandoned.

However, upon arriving, they noticed a group of people have created an encampment around the temple. After a little bit of planning, the party decided to get to the Idol anyways. So, Kaine and Lam tried to poison the people at the encampment who, they now realized, are the Hunters. They explored the location of the Idol and got themselves trapped in a dangerous position.

The rest of the party rushed in to help with Rex and Sorro providing distraction. While there they had to defeat 2 of the monsters that once stumped them. Jane managed to help the party immensely with her spells and managed to land the killing blow on the monster finally killing it.
