We Don't Get to Die in Beds

Last session, the party was cornered at the bottom of the dungeon beath the Hunter's Temple. However, thanks to smooth words and some luck, the Hunters decided to not kill them and instead recruit the party into their ranks. The party however, had other ideas. Upon getting top side, they managed to get Sorro and Rex out of harms way and teleported away, having to leave Jane and J5's body behind.

The party managed to regroup with the other half of the alliance and now both parties are whole again. They made their way back to the Hunter's encampment and found J5's and Jane's body paraded as if to taunt the party. Planning a late night assault, the party created distractions while others try to get the bodies and escaped. It was a long run trying to lose the Hunters. In the end, the party managed to shake them off as they managed to board the Siren's Song and bombarded the party with heavy weapons.

As everything settles down, the party prepared a ritual to bring back J5 and Jane. J5's ritual went through swimmingly with a wonderful speech frp, Ignis, Lam and Manna. Jane's ritual, on the other hand, failed. Despite efforts by Ignis, Cho, and Lam, the ritual fails. And Jane, is now lost.
