The Idol of Love

Last session, the party split up as to not expose Jane to more danger. Cho, Jane and Ash stayed back and monitor the outside while the rest of the party went back to the Cave of Bones to continue their excavation. While there, the party the party met Aeterna and Aman. They are apparently a part of the "Naked People" but they seemed kind enough, even inviting the party back to their settlement, Slinar.

The party told them to leave first whle they continue to explore the surrounding cave. Believing their ruse, the pair left the party to their own devices. The party then continued exploring the cave of bones where they decide to descend the cliffs on the side and go even deeper.

There, they encountered the Idol and its 2 guardians. The party fought through the guardians as the idol bombarded the party with images of the party's loved ones trying to make them to stop fighting. Relentlessly, the party forged ahead and as their health trickled away, Kaine and Kitiara, manages to plunge their swords into the Idol. And then, all the voices, the visions, the fake elation... fade away...
