Coming Guilts

Last session began at the Delvers' Drink. With their gear packed and prep work finished, the party stood ready to delve once more—waiting only on a final meeting with the Mother Superior.

While passing the time, the party encountered some familiar faces from Reforger Lane. Led by their leader, Pond, the group joined the party's table to trade stories of their goals and motivations. However, the mood soured when Pond suggested that returning to the Maze was a fool's errand that would only cost the party their lives.

Angered by the encounter, the party headed straight to the Church of the Superior Light. There, Mother Superior shared the fruits of her research: she could find no hard records, only folklore and tales of ancient, powerful beings known as "Guilts." Armed with this cryptic knowledge, the party gathered their gear and stepped back into the shadows of the Maze.
